Xavier is an AKC registered Papillon out of an AKC Champion and a UKC Champion. He is genetically health tested and is 100% clear and has excellent patellas. He is a Diabetic Alert Service Dog and happens to have the instinct for alerting both high and low blood sugar levels. So his pups have a greater chance of having that talent. He has already gotten his CGC and TKN certificates and he was a breeze to train. He has a mellow personality and is very smart. He weighs just under 5lbs and has a dainty build. He will cooperate for AI type breedings but also for natural breeding.
