We discovered American Bulldogs in 1998, the first American Bulldog we ever saw was a Johnson dog named MD Keno, produced by Mark Ross (Atlanta, GA), he was at a dog show at the International Centre in Mississauga.
We loved the Johnson type and we soon found out that both Mr. John D. Johnson and Alan Scott were still alive so we made arrangements to drive down to Cartersville Georgia and meet Mr. Johnson. While we were at Mr. Johnson’s we bought our first American Bulldog! We met the Mark Ross and the devine, Cheryl Devine and we became very good friends. Cheryl named our kennel for us, Rebel Rose American Bulldogs, now we just call it Rosebull Kennels.
We went to our first American Bulldog show in April of 1999 in Birmingham, Alabama, where we met Darren Humphrey, Greg Shipman, Jose & Tawnya Lopez, the Karasek’s, Betty Cummins, John Blackwell and many more.
American Bulldogs and American Bulldoggers have become a huge part of our life.
